Liberty Mutual was back as the presenting sponsor at the Conference for Women in MA & TX ‘22. We invited guests to our "Wall of Growth" activation to reconnect with their goals and envision how they would like to grow in their careers in three simple steps:

1. Grab a planter and decorate it with words of wisdom, uplifting quotes and/or what growth means to them.
2. Place your chosen succulent into the planter and place it on the Wall of Growth.
3. Peruse the wall of inspiring words and take home a different planter that speaks to you, and leave the one you designed for someone else.

We paid it forward through encouragement and inspiration to nearly 5,000 women – the most foot traffic out of all of the conference booths. I was touched to hear that multiple attendees “needed this” and how much it brighten up their day – and desks.
